Extreme - Alternate Picking

This is the first lesson of a new series of exercises.
It is made up of 6 lessons on:
Alternate Picking is one of the most used technique in music. This exercise
shows one way to use it with a phrase that you can repeat each 2 strings. A lot
of exercises are based on a figure that is the same as much for the position and fingers
every time you play it. In this example you can use all alternate picking also when
you change string or in that moment you can use the sweep picking with two
notes picked down. The most important thing is in my opinion not the use of
complete alternate or not, but the final result: the example should sound clear,
at tempo and above all you need to feel at ease when you play it, without
hands tension or a more speedy breathing, all should seem like you play
a simple pattern, very relaxed. When I use to play something more difficult
for me, I use to have a regular breathing and I'm more concentrated on my
pattern without external noises or something that can disturb me.
